For this blog:

This calendar blog is about a six week visit in England. We spent two weeks traveling through the county of Kent where we saw the White Cliffs of Dover, the site of the Battle of Hastings and stumbling across a great festival in Sandwich. We were then joined by our great travel friends, Jim and Phyllis Bratt, for some time in London (where we took in 5 shows) followed by a 5 day canal cruise on the Kennett and Avon canal, a visit to Stonehenge and Salisbury, and two weeks in Cornwall. After Jim and Phyllis left for the states we went on the lovely Roman and Georgian city of Bath before ending with several days in the Isle of Wight.
